Carrying out innovative 1 MW PV-project in Samsoe Energy Island with municipality and local community ownership and involvement of local SMEs.
The scope of the Stakeholder Café is to have inputs from stakeholders of public authorities, SMEs, financing institutions and others on how to promote innovation and SME involvement for renewable energy projects – including how this can be promoted in connection to public procurement process.
In the Stakeholder Café there will presentations from stakeholder representatives and other stakeholders. Others participating in the webinar are encouraged to come with their inputs.
Technical innovation is connected to mixed use/management of the produced PV electricity to: 1) Water pumps at the waste dump site; 2) Compost production; 3)
Charging electric busses; 4) Heat pumps for heating nearby sports hall; 5) Energy storage; 6) Sale to the grid.
Organisational innovation is related to mixed ownership between Samsoe Municipality and local energy communities.
Procurement innovation is related to how to optimize innovation and local SME involvement.
