Im Rahmen des ausgeschriebenen Projektes soll der Auftragnehmende (AN) erforschen, wie der aktuelle Status Quo der Markteinführung der Seriellen Sanierung zu bewerten ist, welche betriebswirtschaftlichen und politischen Maßnahmen diesen Prozess beschleunigen könnten und welche Lehren aus dem Marktgang in anderen Ländern gezogen werden können. Das Gesamtziel des Projektes ist es, konkrete Handlungsoptionen aufzuzeigen, wie der Seriellen Sanierung zu einem schnellen Marktdurchbruch in Deutschland verholfen werden kann.
