Short description
Der Bundesfachschule für Orthopädie-Technik e. V. in Dortmund plant die bauliche Modernisierung der Bundesfachschule für Orthopädie-Technik am Standort Schliepstr. 6-8 in 44135 Dortmund. Aufgrund gestiegener Qualitätsanforderungen an orthopädische Hilfsmittel und sich wandelnder Anforderungen an Ausbildungen im Bereich Orthopädie-Technik sollen verschiedene Baumaßnahmen zur Realisierung dieses Ziels am Standort in Dortmund umgesetzt werden. Die gewachsene Struktur der Bundesfachschule muss aktualisiert werden, die vorhandenen Räume müssen für die neuen Anforderungen ertüchtigt und die Infrastruktur den gebäudetechnischen und Brandschutzanforderungen angepasst werden. Die im Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung weiteren notwendigen Planungsleistungen müssen zur Realisierung dieses Ziels ausgeschrieben werden.

Gegenstand dieses Loses sind die Fachplanungsleistungen zum Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 ("HLS") in den Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen vorgesehen (Näheres hierzu siehe Abschnitt II.2.11).
