Short description
Det overordnede formål med DESIREE-programmet (DESIREE — Demand Side Management, Social Infrastructures and Renewable Energy Expansion) er at fremme bæredygtig og inklusiv socioøkonomisk vækst i udvalgte partnerlande og udvikle bæredygtige forretningsmodeller til levering af rene, klimavenlige og energieffektive løsninger. Programmet skal støtte udviklingen af et understøttende miljø, gennemføre støtte til kapacitetsopbygning og teknisk bistand til nøgleaktører samt yde blandet finansiering med henblik på at støtte innovative forretningsmodeller og gennemføre bæredygtige investeringer med deltagelse fra den private sektor. Programmet vil bidrage til energibesparelser, forbedret adgang til ren energi, jobskabelse, forbedring af sundheds- og uddannelsesresultater, forøgelse af produktiviteten, reduktion af indendørs og udendørs luftforurening og fremme af finansiel inklusion.
Denne opgave vedrører programforvaltningen i løbet af den femårige gennemførelsesperiode for DESIREE.
