Ce Cahier des Charges a pour objet de sélectionner un fournisseur d’électricité pour le site de l’Unité de Valorisation Energétique de Virginal.
Le marché n’est pas divisé en lots.
Le marché sera attribué par Procédure ouverte, conformément à l’article 66 de la loi du 17 juin 2016.
Date de début de contrat : le 1er juillet 2022
Date de fin de contrat : le 31 décembre 2025
Le marché n’est pas reconductible.
L’objectif de ce Cahier des Charges est de recueillir des prix et des informations afin de déterminer le Fournisseur le plus indiqué pour fournir l’énergie électrique au site indiqué par l’Adjudicateur.
L’Adjudicateur se réserve le droit de ne pas attribuer le marché, selon l'article 85 de la Loi du 17 juin 2016.
Les variantes libres sont interdites.
