Short description
Auf dem Areal des sog. Kirchenwirts in der Gemeinde Wörthsee befinden sich derzeit mehrere Bestandsgebäude. Das Gebäude des ehemaligen Kirchenwirts soll als ortsprägendes Gebäude erhalten und saniert werden. Die übrigen Bestandsgebäude werden abgerissen und durch 2 Neubauten mit mehreren Wohneinheiten ersetzt. Außerdem entstehen auf dem Areal ein Veranstaltungssaal und kleine Gewerbeeinheiten.
Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme soll eine Photovoltaikanlage errichtet werden.

Leitungsverlegung in einer hinterlüfteten Fassade in Metallkanal.
Ausrichtung Haus 1 Richtung Süden, Haus 2 in Ost- West Richtung.
