Description of the procurement
Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um einen Schwimmbad-Neubau welches an ein Bestandsgebäude angebaut wird. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem Kellergeschoss (Technik). Erdgeschoss (Schwimmbadbereich) und einem Zwischengeschoss.
Der Anbau erhält einen neuen Fernwärme–Anschluss und schließt damit die Verbraucher Lüftungstechnik, Schwimmbadtechnik an. Die Schwimmhalle wird über die Lüftungstechnik beheizt, zusätzlich in Teilen über Fußbodenheizung. Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt dezentral.
