Short description
Een nieuwe fiets- en voetgangersbrug op de locatie van de oude Krugerbrug maakt de verbinding
tussen twee belangrijke fietsroutes: de fietsostrade F13 richting Boom en de Districtenroute.
De Krugerbrug verbindt Hoboken centrum met de Hobokense Polder en het groene industrieterrein Blue Gate Antwerp.
Het projectgebied ‘Lage Weg’ wordt voorzien van een warmtenet, de afbraak en bouw van de brug is de ideale moment om een aantal persingen te voorzien en het warmtenet onder de spoorlijn uit te breiden tot aan de projectgrens. Tegelijk wordt een bestaande waterleiding zonder mantelbuis vernieuwd. De persingen en de aanleg van het warmtenet en de waterleiding gebeuren in opdracht van respectievelijk Fluvius Antwerpen en water-link, mede-opdrachtgevers in de opdracht
